Introduction.
TrophySight, LLC (“TrophySight”, “we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. At TrophySight we
pledge to follow the provisions of this privacy policy in order to protect your privacy rights.
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) outlines our general policy and practices for protecting your
private information. It includes the types of information we gather, how we use it, and the choices
individuals have regarding our use of their information. Private information can broadly be broken
down into two categories: information that cannot be used to identify you
(“Non-Personal Information”) and information that can be used to identify you
(“Personal Information”). This Policy applies to all Personal and Non-Personal Information received
by us whether in electronic, written, or verbal format.
TrophySight reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time and will do so from time to
time. Each modification shall be effective upon posting to TrophySight.com. Your continued use of
TrophySight.com following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this
Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Policy regularly. If you have any questions

1. Scope.
This Policy covers all of TrophySight.com. However, it does not apply to entities that
TrophySight does not own or control including advertisers or developers of content. It also does
not cover sites with posted links on TrophySight.com. These entities are governed by their own
privacy policies and not this Policy. Please check the privacy policy of any entity you interact
with on or off TrophySight.com.
2. Non-Personal Information.
2.1
Any time a Guest or Member (collectively “Users”) access
TrophySight.com they receive a “cookie” from us. We use cookies (small pieces of data stored
for an extended period of time on a computer, mobile phone, or other device) to make
TrophySight.com easier to use and to protect both you and TrophySight. These cookies give
TrophySight information about your use of TrophySight.com. You can remove or block cookies
using the settings in your browser, but in some cases that may impact your ability to use
TrophySight.com.
2.2
When you access TrophySight.com from a computer, mobile
phone, or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type,
location, and IP address, as well as the pages you visit.
2.3
We keep track of some of the actions you take on
TrophySight.com such as when you view member profiles or the Trophy Boards or upload pictures to
a particular Trophy Board.
2.4
TrophySight may also ask you about your hunting or
fishing habits. Even if you do not provide this information, TrophySight may obtain it from
pictures you post to the Trophy Boards or the Trophy Boards you view.
2.5
TrophySight may collect information from ads you click
on when using TrophySight.com. TrophySight may also keep track of links you click on in emails
you receive from TrophySight. This is done to increase the relevancy of the ads you see.
3. Personal Information.
3.1
As part of the process to become a Member, TrophySight
requires you provide your name, age, and email address. It also asks for your birthday,
address, home town, sex, phone number, web addresses, favorite place to hunt and fish, trophies
taken, and other information about yourself. You are not required to provide any additional
information, but it will allow you to have a more enjoyable experience on TrophySight.com.
3.2
While using TrophySight.com you may provide text, files,
images, photos, video, or any other materials (collectively "Content") to TrophySight by
uploading, posting, or publishing the Content on TrophySight.com. Frequently, Content you place
on TrophySight.com will contain a picture of your face.
3.3
When you interact with others on TrophySight.com you may
provide other information about yourself such as political or topical views, religious
affiliation, or marital status. Please use care when disclosing private information to other
Users of TrophySight.com.
3.4
TrophySight may retain the details of connections or
transactions you make on TrophySight.com.
3.5
TrophySight may collect information about you from what
other Members provide to TrophySight in their Content. Some of this information may contain
Personal Information.
4. How TrophySight Uses Your Personal Information.
4.1
TrophySight uses the information you are required to
provide to become a Member in order to insure you are over the age of 13. TrophySight.com is
not meant to be used by anyone under the age of 13. TrophySight may also use your age
information to be sure you receive an age appropriate experience in using TrophySight.com.
4.2
TrophySight may contact you with service-related
announcements from time to time. You may opt-out of all communications except essential updates.
TrophySight may include Content in the emails we send to you.
4.3
TrophySight may use information about you that we
collect from other Users to supplement information in your account. This includes activities
like another Member linking to your account from your presence in a picture posted to the Trophy
Boards, or messages from other Members about ads you may be interested in.
4.4
Certain software applications and applets transmit data
to us. TrophySight may not make a formal disclosure if we believe our collection of and use of
the information is the obvious purpose of the application. If it is not obvious that we are
collecting or using such information, TrophySight will disclose our collection to you the first
time you provide the information.
5. How TrophySight Uses Your Non-Personal Information.
5.1
TrophySight will use the information we collect to
provide services and features to you. TrophySight will also use the information to measure and
improve TrophySight.com, and to provide you with customer support.
5.2
TrophySight can use the information we collect to
prevent potential illegal activities. TrophySight also uses a variety of methods to detect and
address anomalous activity and screen content to prevent abuse.
6. How TrophySight Shares Your Information.
TrophySight shares your Personal and Non-Personal Information with third-parties when we believe
the sharing is permitted by you, reasonably necessary to offer our services, or when legally
required to do so. TrophySight will not share your information with third-parties in a way we think
violates your privacy. The following are examples of the ways TrophySight shares your information,
however, this list is informative not exhaustive:
6.1
When you invite a friend to join TrophySight.com the
invitation will contain information that will allow your friend to identify you. The invitation
may contain information about other Members your friend might know.
6.2
Certain information you provide to TrophySight will be
shared by using TrophySight.com’s search function. This allows other Members to locate your
profile and it allows new Members to find people they know on TrophySight.com.
6.3
TrophySight provides some public information to search
engines. This information allows search engines to locate TrophySight.com. It also allows
people to locate you on TrophySight.com using a major search engine. This does not mean all
information you post on TrophySight.com can be accessed using a search engine.
6.4
TrophySight may provide information to third-parties
based on your interaction with them on TrophySight.com. This access will only be sufficient to
conclude the interaction. This is meant to allow you to participate in promotions, sales,
discounts, contests, sweepstakes, or any other special offer advertisers extend to you on
TrophySight.com.
6.5
TrophySight may also share information when we have a
good faith belief it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity, to prevent
imminent bodily harm, or to protect ourselves and you from people violating the
[Terms of Use Agreement] of TrophySight.com. This may include sharing
information with other companies, lawyers, and courts or other government entities.
6.6
TrophySight may disclose information pursuant to
subpoenas, court orders, or other requests (including criminal and civil matters) if we have a
good faith belief that the response is required by law. This may include requests from
jurisdictions outside of the United States if TrophySight has a good faith belief that the
response is required by law under the local laws in that jurisdiction, is applicable to Users
from that jurisdiction, and is consistent with generally accepted international standards.
7. Sharing Your Information on TrophySight.com.
Use of TrophySight.com is based on you posting pictures and other information about yourself.
Some of this information, like Trophy Board Content, is placed in a public forum. Any information
in a public forum is accessible by anyone, including people who are not Members of TrophySight.com.
Please keep this in mind when posting Content on TrophySight.com. You can also interact directly
with other Members of TrophySight.com. Please be aware they can share information you give them
with other Members you may not know. They can also share the information outside TrophySight.com
without your prior approval. TrophySight does not have control over the actions of its Members and
accepts no responsibility or liability for their actions. Please keep this fact in mind when using
TrophySight.com.
8. Collection of Information from Children and COPPA.
TrophySight.com is not targeted toward children. TrophySight does not knowingly collect or
retain any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you think someone has
submitted information from someone under 13, contact TrophySight at complaints@trophysight.com, and
we will remove the information as soon as possible.
9. Other.
9.1
Unless stated otherwise, our current Policy applies to
all information that TrophySight has about you and your account.
9.2
By using TrophySight.com, you consent to having your
personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
9.3
You can get a copy of the information TrophySight has
collected about you by contacting TrophySight at admin@trophysight.com.
9.4
All terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as
in the Terms of Use Agreement unless obviously limited by context. If any term is unclear
